The rate covers sleeping room cost and breakfast, including service fees.
The group rate will be offered for a period of five days before and five days
after 4 October 2011, subject to availability of rooms at the time of
reservation, to accomodate those who wish to extend their visits.
A room block for the group rate is held for the nights of October 4, 5, and 6 to
the following day. Cut-off date for the block reservation is 8 August 2011 at
5:00 pm Central European Time (CET). Reservations received after this
date will be accepted on a space-available basis at the group rate.
Please fax the filled form directly to the Hilton Bonn. Hilton will
confirm your reservation by e-mail.
Please check your confirmation if your extended nights are
confirmed as requested (nights extending the block reservation are
subject to availability).
