Program Fee Includes:<br />
‐Surface travel/transfers: ground transportation to <strong>and</strong> from Buenos Aires Int’l Airport; private motor coach<br />
<strong>and</strong> train per itinerary;<br />
‐Accommodations <strong>and</strong> meals; host family or double/triple occupancy in central hotels, with breakfast daily,<br />
lunches <strong>and</strong> dinners per itinerary;<br />
‐Welcome <strong>and</strong> Farewell group meals;<br />
‐Program arrangements: all entrance fees <strong>and</strong> guided tours for cultural activities per itinerary;<br />
‐Services <strong>of</strong> guides for tours <strong>and</strong> transfers.<br />

Program Fee Does Not Include:<br />
‐<strong>USC</strong> in‐state tuition <strong>and</strong> fees for 3 credits to be paid before departure<br />
‐M<strong>and</strong>atory overseas emergency medical insurance through CISI<br />
‐Some meals not identified in the itinerary<br />
‐Passport fees<br />
‐Optional entertainment <strong>and</strong>/or excursions not included in the itinerary; excess baggage fees; <strong>and</strong> all<br />
personal items, such as telephone calls, laundry expenses, & individual room service.<br />
Payment Information:<br />
Completion <strong>and</strong> submittal <strong>of</strong> this Pre‐Registration Form requires no deposit or payment at this time, <strong>and</strong> should be<br />
done immediately to be included in group planning.<br />
A non‐refundable deposit will be due to the University Study Abroad Program after the student completes a<br />
University Study Abroad Program Application Form. Once the student is accepted into the program, the <strong>USC</strong> SAP<br />
Application Form must be filed before March 1, 2013. With the submittal <strong>of</strong> the Application Form, all deposits <strong>and</strong><br />
payments are required to be paid in the period between January <strong>and</strong> March, 15, 2013, by check or money order to<br />
the University.<br />

I underst<strong>and</strong> that by completing this Pre‐Registration Form the student is expressing intent to submit an <strong>of</strong>ficial University<br />
application in order to participate in this program. Completion <strong>and</strong> acceptance <strong>of</strong> this form does not in any way commit the student<br />
to participate in this program, nor does completion require the University to <strong>of</strong>fer this program. This form does not guarantee<br />
approval <strong>of</strong> the student for participation in this program, nor does it guarantee that the program will meet the minimum <strong>USC</strong><br />
requirements for departure. This program may be cancelled by the University at any time prior to departure.<br />
