Program Fee Includes:
‐Surface travel/transfers: ground transportation to and from Buenos Aires Int’l Airport; private motor coach
and train per itinerary;
‐Accommodations and meals; host family or double/triple occupancy in central hotels, with breakfast daily,
lunches and dinners per itinerary;
‐Welcome and Farewell group meals;
‐Program arrangements: all entrance fees and guided tours for cultural activities per itinerary;
‐Services of guides for tours and transfers.

Program Fee Does Not Include:
‐USC in‐state tuition and fees for 3 credits to be paid before departure
‐Mandatory overseas emergency medical insurance through CISI
‐Some meals not identified in the itinerary
‐Passport fees
‐Optional entertainment and/or excursions not included in the itinerary; excess baggage fees; and all
personal items, such as telephone calls, laundry expenses, & individual room service.
Payment Information:
Completion and submittal of this Pre‐Registration Form requires no deposit or payment at this time, and should be
done immediately to be included in group planning.
A non‐refundable deposit will be due to the University Study Abroad Program after the student completes a
University Study Abroad Program Application Form. Once the student is accepted into the program, the USC SAP
Application Form must be filed before March 1, 2013. With the submittal of the Application Form, all deposits and
payments are required to be paid in the period between January and March, 15, 2013, by check or money order to
the University.

I understand that by completing this Pre‐Registration Form the student is expressing intent to submit an official University
application in order to participate in this program. Completion and acceptance of this form does not in any way commit the student
to participate in this program, nor does completion require the University to offer this program. This form does not guarantee
approval of the student for participation in this program, nor does it guarantee that the program will meet the minimum USC
requirements for departure. This program may be cancelled by the University at any time prior to departure.
