CHECKLIST FOR DRAFT SCHEDULE JUMPING 2011 III. SPECIFIC TECHNICAL CONDITIONS (Art. 201, 202) 1. VENUE : The event will take place: indoors X outdoors 2. Number of horses per athlete: OC Wild Cards: 20 3 (max. 2/age) Enter your 5 year old horses for the training classes directly with the sport office of the organisation : caroline.wauters@skynet.be. Entry fee is the same as the 6 and 7 year old horses. Riders will be invited until the number of 550 horses per week (CSI1+CSIYH+CSI2/3) is reached ! Riders entering for the 3 weeks will have priority !!! • Riders can participate in more than one category (CSIYH, CSI1 & CSI2/3) each week providing that they ride different horses in each category. • Horses can change category each week but not during the same weekend (CSI1&CSI2). A horses starting in the young horses during the weekend can be re-entered for the CSI1 or CSI2 in the weekend. • A horse can start maximum 1 time per day Update 03/02/10 8

ENTRIES (Art. 116, 251) All Athletes & Horses participating in any Int. competition must be registered with the FEI Entries in Principle: Nominated Entries: By return Monday 14 February (compulsory for Championships & Games, must not be used for CSIO events) Definite Entries: Monday 28 February (should be as close as possible to the Horse Inspection) Last date for substitutions (Art. 251.4): Monday 14 March (latest one hour before the Horse Inspection) Entry fee per horse: 100,-€ Stabling fee per horse: 150,-€ Total fee per horse: 250,-€ Young horses staying in between every week will have to pay an additional stabling fee of 50,-€/week. Riders staying with minimum 3 horses for the 3 weeks will have 1 tackbox offered by the OC. Please inform the office if you wish to have the free tackbox with the definite entries !!! The total charge of the combined entry and stabling fee (inclusive of VAT) must not exceed the established fee for the respective category of event. Please refer to Annex I of this Draft Schedule for full details on entry fees in your respective currency.
