a keeness <strong>of</strong> discerrunent and an ad~ptation <strong>of</strong> means<br />
to the end, while ·always there was<br />

Ever cheerful, even when a loser,<br />
she served as a constant source <strong>of</strong> <strong>in</strong>spiration to those<br />
