Most of you have been dealing with foodrelated
activities for many years. Most of
you are here because you are in a position
to do something about food losses due to
improper or inadequate storage and handling.
And most of you have agood deal to
offer in terms of the knowledge and experience
that you already possess. So I urge you
to participate fully in the Seminar and assist
your colleagues in doing the same.
