MEDIUM FOR THE BULL'S SPERMATOZOA REVIVAL<br />

Summary<br />

Medium for the bull's <strong>sperm</strong>atozoa revival has been examined on the bull<br />

native and frozen <strong>sperm</strong> paying attention to the semen quality parameters. It was<br />

main reasons for an application of <strong>medium</strong> <strong>ad</strong> <strong>sperm</strong> <strong>forte</strong> to notice how that acts<br />

on the <strong>sperm</strong> membrane and their motility. MEDIUM AD SPERM FORTE acts in<br />

revival of the <strong>sperm</strong>atozoa by increase motility: activating cell metabolism;<br />

activating the cell's "sodium pump", activating diffusion of <strong>sperm</strong> membrane in<br />

vivo/in vitro, functional revival all intracellular organelles (mitochondria) of cells, and<br />

finally revive intracellular gel consistency of cell organelles.<br />

As you know the <strong>sperm</strong>atozoa are highly specialized cells in the body of<br />

the domestic mammals and man that has been reproduced sexually. Because of it,<br />

the cells (<strong>sperm</strong>atozoa) are carrying a genetic material and also they have the<br />

ability to fertilize ovum. Otherwise they are stem (totipontent) cells which carry on<br />

the chromosome, transmitting the genes from the generation to the next generation<br />

of the offspring’s. But in some cases the fresh or/and frozen <strong>sperm</strong>atozoa (A.I.<br />

doses) could be not able to fertile of ova, challenging the cattle infertility. There are<br />

many reasons to support <strong>sperm</strong>atozoa’s motility and vitality, because of an<br />

important role in the animal's and human reproduction. Now, we have an intention<br />

to introduce you <strong>medium</strong> <strong>ad</strong> <strong>sperm</strong> <strong>forte</strong> for the <strong>sperm</strong> cells.<br />

Materials and methods<br />

Medium for the bull's <strong>sperm</strong>atozoa revival has been examined on the bull<br />

native <strong>sperm</strong> and frozen (A.I. doses) with specially attention to:<br />

a/ <strong>sperm</strong> motility and vitality;<br />

b/ time survival of…(period),<br />

c/ rapid progress motility;<br />

d/ mode of <strong>sperm</strong>atozoa's motility ("formic-nervose") under media's influence,<br />

e/ or <strong>sperm</strong>atozoa’s progress activity,<br />

f/ penetrative power within cervical mucus and finally the fertility.<br />

The reason was the bull's semen quality. The exams of <strong>medium</strong> <strong>ad</strong> <strong>sperm</strong><br />

<strong>forte</strong> were carried out on native and frozen semen used in A.I. program and/or<br />

genital infected bull's semen. It was main reasons for an application of <strong>medium</strong> <strong>ad</strong><br />

<strong>sperm</strong> <strong>forte</strong> to notice how that acts on the <strong>sperm</strong> membrane and their motility.<br />

Results and discussions<br />

Spermatozoa roles in reproduction are essentially. That's totipotent (stem)<br />

cells which are lo<strong>ad</strong>ed by genetic materials of the previous generations that by<br />

fertilization, transporting an inheritance from generation to the next generation of<br />

offspring’s. Main <strong>sperm</strong> quality is progressive motility, but some ejaculate shows<br />

poor quality. That's only way in the living world, the way that living materia exist in<br />

the time and space. Otherwise these cells (<strong>sperm</strong>atozoa) are carrier (of 50%)<br />

genetic materials in the living world (sexual reproduction). And finally the<br />

<strong>sperm</strong>atozoa have been likely "biological torpedo" just only a carrier of genetic<br />

properties of parents in multicellular living world. All in all, the <strong>sperm</strong>atozoa are the<br />

cells, the cells over cells in the living world (biology), what for because they have<br />

been carried all genetic information, projects of development from previous<br />

generations to newborns of next generations. Spermatozoa are having the ability to<br />

fertilization. Eventually, the <strong>sperm</strong>atozoa are essence ones, a generator of the<br />

living world which is certainly sexual reproduce.<br />

MEDIUM AD SPERM FORTE acts in revival of the <strong>sperm</strong>atozoa by<br />

increase motility: a/ activating cell metabolism (fructolysis), b/ the cell's "sodium<br />

pump", c/ activating diffusion of <strong>sperm</strong> membrane in vivo/in vitro, d/ functional<br />

revival all intracellular organelles (mitochondria) of cells, e/ and finally revive<br />

intracellular gel consistency of cell organelles.<br />

Results of experimental exams of <strong>medium</strong> <strong>ad</strong> <strong>sperm</strong> <strong>forte</strong> has been shown<br />

below in table 1 and indicate appropriate action of the <strong>medium</strong> on the bull’s<br />

<strong>sperm</strong>atozoa.<br />

The <strong>medium</strong> <strong>ad</strong> <strong>sperm</strong> <strong>forte</strong> can be also applied in the cases of the <strong>sperm</strong><br />

for improving fertility; testing of native or/and frozen semen (A.I. doses); improving<br />

fertility in cattle insemination programs; A.I. technology in domestic mammals;<br />

insemination in human; animal and/or human fertilization in vitro.<br />

Conclusions<br />

If the <strong>sperm</strong> of the bulls were diagnosed as: astheno(zoo)<strong>sperm</strong>ia,<br />

oligo(zoo)<strong>sperm</strong>ia, tetra(zoo)<strong>sperm</strong>ia, and normo (zoo) <strong>sperm</strong>ia with urogenital<br />

infections, the <strong>medium</strong> <strong>ad</strong> <strong>sperm</strong> <strong>forte</strong> (PCT/YU 2006/000010) which were <strong>ad</strong>ded to<br />

bull <strong>sperm</strong>, improved significantly the <strong>sperm</strong>atozoa poor quality, specially its<br />

swimming speed during transport in female genital tract.<br />

Overall, it has been improved <strong>sperm</strong>atozoa vitality; time survival (in<br />

minutes), progress motility, satisfied <strong>sperm</strong> penetrative power and capability to<br />

fertilize ovum. Some components of "<strong>medium</strong>" stabilize cells membrane<br />

(<strong>sperm</strong>atozoa's) and improving the cells metabolism (<strong>sperm</strong>). Also <strong>medium</strong> can be<br />

applied for improving fertility, for testing native or/and frozen bull semen, for<br />

improving cattle insemination results and of all domestic mammals and human, to<br />

insure in vitro fertilization in domestic mammals and human, and finally for<br />

improving the genetics in the world cattle population.<br />
