propagating the use of two-wheeled transportation within city limits. This would include
special moped lanes next to bicycle lanes and designated parking areas. Interest groups
and the Dutch government continue a dialogue to develop a vision for two-wheeled mobility
for 2014-2015.
Electric mopeds remain popular. The number of electric mopeds on the road grew from
parts and accessories.
contribution to mobility needs in the near future. This might drive growth in the sector.
‣ An increasing number of consumer views motorized two-wheelers as an acceptable,
transportation.
