‣ Hydrofaction TM uses ‘super critical’ (SC) chemistry (±400°C and ±5000 psi) to
transform low-energy density feedstocks into valuable high-energy liquid fuels.

‣ Applying SC conditions to organic feed-stocks transforms the intrinsic water to an
aggressive chemical and physical force that, in the presence of low-cost catalysts
and anti-coking additives, converts them into Hydrofaction Oil or a C 10 - C 20 middle
distillate or marine diesel quality oil.
‣ Hydrofaction TM process selectively removes O 2 from the lignite, peat or biomass
molecular structure, increasing the H-C ratio and thus the energy density of the
resulting Hydrofaction Oil.
