10. Section 4.2(f) - Follow-Up Action This section was revised to better align the language used to
describe corrective actions with the language used to describe follow-up actions specified in MTN 04-03
CH-2.
11. Section 6.2(a)(7) - Vessels Being Initially Measured This section was added to require that copies of
the written notifications of Section 1.3(a) be included in the vessel’s tonnage file.
12. Section 6.2(b) - Vessels Being Remeasured This section was revised to require that copies of the
written notifications of Section 1.3(b) be included in the vessel’s tonnage file.
13. Section 6.3(a) - Long-Term Records This section was revised to clarify that copies, as opposed to the
originals, of the associated documents, be retained and to include copies of remeasurement notifications in the
list of long-term records.
