Medical Experience
I graduated as a Medical Doctor from the Saint Joseph medical Faculty. I then obtained my degree in
clinical sexology from René Descartes University, Paris V, Faculty of Medicine, and my degree in
Medical Hypnosis from Pierre and Marie Curie University, Paris VI, Faculty of Medicine. I also
followed a three years training in Hypnotherapy and in Hypnoanalgesy at the French Institute of
Hypnosis, together with a one year training in Couples Therapy at the Family Institute, Centre
Monceau, Paris.
Along with my Private medical practice in sexology and hypnosis at La Clinique du Levant in Beirut, I
teache Clinical Sexology at several universities (the Saint Joseph medical Faculty in Beirut, LAU,
LGU)
Being particularly interested in contemporary issues dealing with sexuality and couple I am a regular
guest/speaker at conferences and seminaries related to the above.
Board member (ordinary director) of the MESSM (Middle East Society of Sexual Medicine:
http://www.messm.org/site/) and chairman of its Public Awareness Committee, I am actively working
on promoting sexual health in the Middle East.
Dedicated to spread sexual awareness, I was the Co-editor and Co-host of a TV show called
LezimTaaref at LBCI.
My clinical practice in sexology mainly includes sextherapy and sex counseling services to men,
women and couples to help them sort out their orgasm difficulties, ejaculation and erection
dysfunctions, desire issues, and pain during sexual intercourse.

Lecturer in charge of the Human Sexology Class at “l’Ecole des Sages
Femmes” (3 rd year), Saint-Joseph University, Beirut
