<strong>Fall</strong> <strong>2013</strong><br />
Admission Deadline<br />
Admission packets are accepted at any time through the last day<br />
of registration for the intended enrollment period. Applications<br />
are processed upon submission. Please note: Apply <strong>Texas</strong><br />
applications are received from the state site 3-5 business days<br />
after submission. Every effort is made to process applications in<br />
a timely manner; however, you may experience extended delays<br />
during scheduled registration periods.<br />
Required Documents<br />
If your official high school and/or college transcripts have not<br />
been received by CTC, bring unofficial copies of transcripts<br />
and test scores with you for admission and advisement. Official<br />
copies should be received by the end of the first semester of<br />
enrollment.<br />
Testing<br />
Unless advised of a TSI exemption, waiver, or completion from<br />
another college, students must take the ACCUPLACER or other<br />
approved TSI Assessment prior to enrollment in college level<br />
classes. Refer to the Testing section in this bulletin or the <strong>Texas</strong><br />
Campuses Catalog for more information.<br />
Registration and Tuition Payment<br />
Continuing students and new students who have completed<br />
admission, advisement, and applicable testing may register<br />
online at www.ctcd.edu. Refer to page 15 for online registration<br />
instructions. Registration information for all other students can be<br />
found on pages 4-6. Payment is due the same day of registration.<br />
ID Cards<br />
Students are required to have a valid ID card to use campus<br />
facilities, including the library and the physical fitness center and<br />
natatorium. ID cards are available in the Main Lobby of Building<br />
119. Bring a Federal or State issued photo ID such as a driver's<br />
license, proof of official enrollment and payment, which may be<br />
obtained through WebAdvisor student accounts. If tuition was<br />
paid at the Business Office in Bldg. 119, students may present the<br />
registration receipt. ID cards must be updated each semester with<br />
a sticker, available once the student is registered. The first ID card<br />
is free. Replacement cards cost $5. The fee must be paid first at<br />
the Business Office then a receipt must be presented to the ID<br />
card section to receive a replacement card.<br />
