Registration<br />
Captains must register their <strong>team</strong> at the DGV Tournament Office until Monday, August<br />
30 th no later than 18:00 p.m. All details concerning the Championship will <strong>be</strong> given during<br />
the registration.<br />
Official Information, Tee-times, Homepage<br />
Information board is located in the clubhouse and one in the Official Hotel. A website<br />
will <strong>be</strong> designed for the Championship: www.golf.de/ ESLTC<br />
Pigeon Holes<br />
The pigeon holes (one for each <strong>team</strong>) will <strong>be</strong> located next <strong>to</strong> the Information Desk. Please<br />
check your pigeon hole every day<br />
Team Expenses<br />
There is a fixed charge of € 1.500,-- per <strong>team</strong> of 7 players and the captain, covering<br />
<strong>to</strong>urnament costs such as: transportation, pull-trolleys, welcome party and closing dinner/<br />
buffet.<br />
For any additional party mem<strong>be</strong>r, there will <strong>be</strong> a cost of € 170,-- with transport per person.<br />
Transportation<br />
Shuttle Service from the airport will <strong>be</strong> provided <strong>to</strong> the Official Hotel.<br />
Practice<br />
The official practice day is Monday 30 th August. There are practice areas including<br />
driving range, area for chipping and putting green. Practice balls for the range are<br />
included in the <strong>team</strong> fee.<br />
