PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR THE FOLLOWING
GENERAL MEETINGS
• GIPL EGM - SATURDAY 25 JUNE 2011 – 09:30AM
• GAC EGM – SATURDAY, 25 JUNE 2011 – 11:00 AM
• GAC RE-CONVENED AGM – SATURDAY, 25 JUNE 2011 – 2:00PM

Please note the conditions for claiming sitting fees/travel/accommodation costs for all meetings
are as follows:
1. SITTING FEES: $500.00 will be paid for GIPL EGM on Saturday 25 June 2011. No sitting
fees will be paid for the GAC EGM or Re-Convened AGM on Saturday, 25 June 2011 (as
per the GAC Rule Book).
NO CASH PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE ON THE DAY. ALL FEES YOU ARE ENTITLED
TO WILL BE PAID DIRECTLY INTO YOUR NOMINATED BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN 7
DAYS. Please see page 3 for important information regarding payment of AGM fees.
2. PETROL ALLOWANCE: Will ONLY be paid to the driver of a vehicle.
The driver will need to provide:
Petrol receipts dated less than 3 days prior to the GAC and GIPL meetings
Bank account details and
Vehicle registration number.
ALL PAYMENTS will be made within 7 days by Electronic Funds Transfer, directly into
the driver’s nominated bank account. THIS INCLUDES SITTING FEES.
Only one payment will be made for the weekend’s travel.

Travel allowance will be paid at the ATO rate of 75 cents per km within the Pilbara boundaries
only. Please note that the Pilbara boundary is deemed to be as per the following map.

3. CAMPING ALLOWANCE: A Camping Allowance of $280.00 per night will be paid to
Registered Gumala Members attending the GIPL & GAC Meetings on Saturday, 25 June
2011 whose residential address registered with the GAC Office at the time of the AGM is

Registered Gumala Members attending meetings will receive 2 nights camping allowance.
Payment will be made within 7 days of the meeting by Electronic Funds Transfer directly
into your nominated bank account, as long as you have provided GAC with your latest and
correct bank account details by 20 June 2011.

If GAC does not receive this information by 20 June 2011, GAC cannot be held responsible for
