Thanks to <strong>Gundersen</strong> Lutheran <strong>Home</strong> <strong>Care</strong><br />

Services, you can be assured that you will<br />

receive state-of-the-art healthcare in the<br />

comfort of your own home. That means<br />

even if you still need more advanced medical<br />

Not long ago, patients faced longer hospital<br />

stays or needed to go to a nursing home<br />

because comprehensive home care wasn’t<br />

available. Now adult and pediatric patients<br />

can receive everything, from tracheotomy<br />

care to intravenous therapy, in their own<br />

home. Nurses are on call 24 hours a day,<br />

seven days a week, if patients need them.<br />

independent in your home for as long as<br />

How do you choose home care?<br />

services offered in Wisconsin (La Crosse,<br />

Trempealeau, Monroe and Vernon counties)<br />

and Minnesota (Houston County). Pediatric<br />

care is available in the same area plus Buffalo,<br />

Crawford and Winona counties, depending<br />

on patient needs and staff availability.<br />

The <strong>Gundersen</strong> Lutheran <strong>Home</strong> <strong>Care</strong><br />

program is Wisconsin and Minnesota statelicensed<br />

and Medicare/Medicaid certified.<br />

Medicare/Medicaid or private insurance<br />

services cover these services in most cases<br />

and the home care team can assist with<br />

financial arrangements. No one will be<br />

refused services because of an inability to pay.<br />
