Important information on anesthesia

For 41 years we’ve been bringing together area experts in the field of
anesthesiology to deliver critical information you may need to care for
your patients.
Intended Audience
This conference is designed for a multidisciplinary audience of
healthcare professionals including those who practice anesthesia and
surgery as well as primary care providers.
Purpose/Goal
To provide knowledge, increase competency and performance, and
provide networking opportunities.
Meeting Area
The Rasmus Center is on the Gundersen Lutheran La Crosse Campus.
When you arrive on campus, please park in the clinic parking ramp
located off 7th street. Our facility meets or exceeds ADA standards.
Registration
To register, please complete the attached registration form and return
by mail or fax by Friday, March 11. There is no charge for Gundersen
Lutheran employees. The seminar fee includes tuition, course syllabus,
continental breakfast, break refreshments and lunch.
Accreditation
Gundersen Lutheran Medical Foundation is accredited by the
Wisconsin Medical Society to provide continuing medical education
for physicians. Gundersen Lutheran Medical Foundation designates
this educational activity for a maximum of 7 AMA PRA Category I
Credit(s) TM . Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with
the extent of their participation.
This program is approved by the American Association of Nurse
Anesthetists for 8 CE credits; Code Number 33680; Expiration Date
3-19-11.
Cancellation Policy
If notice of cancellation is received in our office 72 hours prior to the
beginning of the conference, you will receive a full refund. With less
than 72 hours of notice, 80 percent of the registration fee will be
returned. No refund will be made after the conference begins.
