The concept <strong>of</strong> Rasayana Chikilsa is believed to have originated
from Vedic hymns which explain the guidelines for rejuvenation

immunity, eternal transformation <strong>and</strong> healthy living.
Rasa means essence <strong>and</strong> in this context it st<strong>and</strong>s for the
