Lulu Kangame
Lulu Kangame is from Daresalaam, the largest commercial city
in Tanzania. She is a senior Public Administration and Financial
Analysis major and a Business Administration minor. She chose Henderson
because of its remote location and affordability. After graduating
this December, she will be moving to Spring, Texas and is looking
forward to joining graduate school.
Lulu really appreciates the professors of the Department of Social
Science and the Business Department for providing her encouragement to
achieve during her 4 years at Henderson. She also confesses that she will
sincerely miss all the people that she has met at Henderson. They have
won her heart completely.
Whenever Lulu is not busy with school or work, she enjoys
watching movies and listening to music.

Hussain Albayat
"Assalamu Alaikum,” is how Hussain Albayat greets others in Arabic.
It means “peace, mercy and blessings be with you.” Hussain is from Damman
city, located in east Saudi Arabia.
This is Hussain’s second semester at Henderson State University. He is
an undergraduate majoring in Finance because he wants to take care of his
family’s business in Saudi Arabia. He wants to introduce new ideas to his family
business and probably establish branches in other successful locations.
He loves the safety and calm environment that Arkadelphia has to
offer. His hobbies are playing soccer, bowling, billiards, swimming, traveling
and socializing with friends. He is currently a member of Henderson
International Student Association (HISA) and Rotaract Club.
Hussain enjoys teaching his peers about his country and teaching
them Arabic words. For example, in response to "Assalamu Alaikum,” a person
would say, “Wa Alaikum Assalam,” which means, “And peace be upon
you.”
