EDITORIAL.
We have received from India, the manuscript for a little book
to be entitled THE PILGRIM'S PATH. Itisaoompilationof
selections from letters writt.eu to a disciple by one of the most
widely known Masters of India. The pupil to whom these letters
were writt.en-and who ia at present in charge of an institntion
of learning in Midna.pur, India-has arranged the selections
and sends them to us for publication. They are of the
character of special instructions intentled to aid the recipient in
his effort to reach the high goal.
The book will be one of rare merit, as, in purity and depth
of 11piritual quality, it i1 11nperior to any of the Indian writings
with which we are familiar. We hope to announce in the next
i11ffntl of The ,Tonrna.l that thi11 littla work is reacly for distribu·
tion, but, on account of an unusual press of work just now iu our
printing offic\e, its appearance may be delayed. The booklet
will he neatly bound in linen and brown, and sold for 50 cents
a copy.
