PAYMENT FORM<br />
Please note:<br />
<strong>IATA</strong> Agency Accreditation Services – Europe shall proceed further with the approval of the<br />
application only if all supporting documents as stated above have been received in good<br />
order.<br />
In case of positive decision, <strong>IATA</strong> Service Centre –Europe will issue an invoice for applicable<br />
fees, which is payable by the Agent by one of the following two payment methods:<br />

All required Credit Card details shall be filled in the invoice correctly and signed copy shall be<br />
submitted to <strong>IATA</strong> Service Centre – Europe electronically and/or by fax to proceed with<br />
payment.<br />

Bank Transfer<br />
Bank transfer shall be ordered to <strong>IATA</strong> bank account, stated in the invoice. All banking fees<br />
and charges have to be covered by the agent.<br />
