STUDENTS COMING FROM ABROAD: You will need to submit supporting documents to the U.S.<br />
embassy/consulate when you apply for an entry visa. These may include bank statements, letters from<br />
employers stating salaries, and letters of support from sponsors. Please submit the original supporting<br />
documents with this financial statement to Marshalltown <strong>Community</strong> <strong>College</strong>.<br />

Note: All tuition, fees, meal memberships and campus housing charges are subject to change.<br />
IMPORTANT NOTE: Under U.S. Immigration Law, international students are not allowed to work<br />
off campus during their first year in the U.S. MCC does not guarantee on-campus employment for<br />
international students. After the first year, international students can secure part-time work only if they<br />
apply to Immigration for permission. Permission to work part-time is granted only in hardship cases<br />
where there has been a distinct change of financial circumstances beyond the control of the student.<br />

understand that under immigration law I cannot work off-campus during my first year in the U.S. After<br />
