Pilot project on ‘Development of Telemedicine<br />
Technology and its Implementation’<br />
• Started in 1999 under the aegis of MIT GOI with the<br />
total cost of 70 Million INR (1.7 Million USD<br />
approx.).<br />
• Successfully completed in 2003 connectivity AIIMS<br />
New Delhi, PGI Chandigarh, PGI Lucknow and<br />
providing latest medical and IT equipment and 384<br />
kbps ISDN connectivity.<br />
