The New Brunswick Museum in Saint John, New<br />

Brunswick, is preparing a travelling exhibition of ship<br />

portraits <strong>de</strong>picting vessels built in the province or those<br />

that sailed un<strong>de</strong>r the house f<strong>la</strong>gs of New Brunswick firms .<br />

We would like to know the whereabouts of such portraits<br />

as we are <strong>de</strong>veloping an in<strong>de</strong>x of such and are always<br />

interested in purchasing works of good artistic quality .<br />

The museum also seeks papers, logs, diaries and other<br />

manuscript material re<strong>la</strong>ting to shipbuilding and shipping<br />
