size Benchmark coverall, shirt or outerwear you choose. Please contact us

How to Measure Your Body
Height
Standing straight against a
wall (without footwear) mark
the wall at the top of your
head. Measure from that
point down to the floor.
Chest
From a standing position,
measure the circumference of
your upper body at the fullest
part of your chest, typically
just under the arm pit.
Waist
The easiest way is to look
at the tag in the pants you
are wearing right now.
Alternatively, you can
measure around your natural
waist where your pants sit
most comfortably.
Sleeve
Bend your elbow as shown.
Start at the center-back
of your neck and measure
across the shoulder, around
the elbow, and to your wrist.
Inseam
Remove your shoes and
measure from your crotch to
your ankle.

CAUTION: With the exception of product 3002 (Hard Hat Liner - non FR) all garments in this catalog are constructed from flame
resistant fabrics which will resist ignition and will not continue to burn when the ignition source is removed. These garments are
designed for continuous wear as secondary personal protection equipment and meet the requirements of NFPA 70e, ASTM 1506
and OSHA 1910.269. These garments are not intended to protect the wearer from physical trauma or burns in the immediate areas
of ignition. When worn alone these garments are not intended for fire entry. Remove garment if soiled with flammable material.
Benchmark flame resistant garments must be correctly matched to the risk or threat the wearer may encounter. Benchmark flame
resistant garments will remain flame resistant for the life of the garment, provided they are cared for properly. See page 45 for
detailed wash instructions.
