•Areas for improvement<br />

1. Lack of submission of reports to Flag State after an<br />

incident.<br />

2. Notification of vessels not registering to MSCHOA<br />

neither using IRTC.<br />

3. Communication channels between Administrations<br />

and MSCHOA should be kept under review to<br />

improve vessel reporting.<br />

4. Operators need to follow requests of flag state<br />

when informed of not following recommendations. dti<br />

5. Feedback from the users of the BMP, mainly<br />

seafarers.
