Things to note<br />
• Prior to approval of licence, the applicant would<br />
have to be assessed on the understanding of the<br />
relevant legislations. For a new company, the<br />
designated storage area would also be audited.<br />
• The licence is issued to the person working for the<br />
company. If the licensee leaves the company, the<br />
licence has to be cancelled and another person<br />
within the company may come forward to apply<br />
for a new licence<br />
