SCHOOL OF LAW<br />
OFF-CAMPUS HOUSING<br />
Rentals in <strong>Dayton</strong> generally range from $500-$850 per<br />
month, depending on size and location and if students are<br />
living alone or with a roommate or group. Many students<br />
live near campus, in surrounding suburbs or even commute<br />
from the Cincinnati area. Always ask about specials for UD<br />
law students.<br />

ON-CAMPUS HOUSING PROCESS<br />

Place are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.<br />
ON-CAMPUS HOUSING<br />
The <strong>University</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Dayton</strong> School <strong>of</strong> Law <strong>of</strong>fers on-campus<br />
<strong>housing</strong> for first-year law students.<br />
Upperlevel students may request to retain their oncampus<br />
apartments, but the <strong>University</strong> cannot guarantee<br />
this option.<br />
Building facilities and semester rates may be viewed by<br />
visiting www.udayton.edu/studev/<strong>housing</strong>/.<br />
1. Your seat deposit <strong>of</strong> $400 must be received by the School<br />
<strong>of</strong> Law.<br />
2. Submit the on-campus <strong>housing</strong> reservation form at<br />
www.udayton.edu/law/admissions/<strong>housing</strong>.php. Be<br />
sure to indicate the type <strong>of</strong> <strong>housing</strong> desired, as well as a<br />
second and third preference.<br />
3. The <strong>University</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Dayton</strong> department <strong>of</strong> <strong>housing</strong> and<br />
residence life will contact you via email with contract<br />
terms and conditions, assignment and cancellation<br />
policies. The date on which the <strong>of</strong>fice <strong>of</strong> admissions and<br />
financial aid receives a student’s <strong>housing</strong> reservation<br />
form will be the date used in determining both <strong>housing</strong><br />
and parking assignments.<br />
