DELIVERY:<br />
$75.00 credit on a future sale if you haul your bull(s) home sale day. Free<br />
delivery on all bulls within 300-mile radius of Philip. After 300 miles, delivery<br />
at cost. If necessary, we will take bulls home, at buyer’s risk, until May 1st and<br />
deliver at $3.00/day cost for yearlings and $4.00/day for two-year-olds.<br />
GUARANTEE:<br />
All bulls guaranteed for soundness, fertility and will have passed a breeding<br />
exam.<br />
BREEDING SEASON GUARANTEE:<br />
All bulls selling for $2,500 or more will be covered 50% by <strong>Slovek</strong> Ranch if<br />
they are injured during their first breeding season. Breeding season is defined<br />
as the 60-day period (not to exceed September 1, 2013) following the first<br />
turnout of the bull. Fifty percent of the value of the injured bull, minus onehalf<br />
salvage, will be given as credit in a future sale or toward a replacement<br />
bull if one is available. Salvage value, if any, will be split equally between the<br />
buyer and <strong>Slovek</strong> Ranch. Please notify us as soon as possible if injury should<br />
occur and prior to the injured bull being sold. All injured bulls must be<br />
identified and diagnosed by a veterinarian and claims made before<br />
September 1, 2013.<br />
Example A: A $5,000 bull is injured and will not heal. A credit of $2,500<br />
minus one-half of any salvage.<br />
Example B: A $2,500 bull is injured and will not heal. A credit of $1,250<br />
minus one-half of any salvage.<br />
Example C: A $1,800 bull is injured and will not heal. No credit is given.<br />
Buyer retains all salvage.<br />
This does not cover mismanagement or neglect.<br />
RETAINING INTEREST:<br />
<strong>Slovek</strong> Ranch retains the right to collect semen on every bull at our cost and<br />
at buyer’s convenience. Full possession and full salvage value sells on all bulls.<br />
VOLUME DISCOUNT:<br />
We will be offering a volume discount credit for future sales. You pay what<br />
you bid and credit for future sales will be as follows:<br />
1% of purchase price of 3rd bull<br />
2% of purchase price of 4th bull<br />
3% of purchase price of 5th bull<br />
4% of purchase price of 6th bull<br />
5% of purchase price of 7th bull<br />
6% of purchase price of 8th bull<br />
7% of purchase price of 9th bull<br />
8% of purchase price of 10th or more bulls<br />
