RESULT ACHIEVED<br />
Support provided in preparing financial<br />
reports as required by <strong>Wheatbelt</strong> <strong>NRM</strong>. This<br />
will entail access <strong>to</strong> data <strong>and</strong> detailed<br />
information as <strong>to</strong> the origin of data.<br />
Formatting of reports <strong>to</strong> a specified<br />
template in a timely <strong>and</strong> accurate manner.<br />
On occasion enquiries will be made by<br />
buyers, suppliers, service providers <strong>and</strong><br />
grant recipients regarding finance<br />
matters. Clear <strong>and</strong> timely<br />
communication with these partners <strong>and</strong><br />
any problem solving <strong>to</strong> be initiated.<br />
Sharing of <strong>knowledge</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>skills</strong> within<br />
the team <strong>to</strong> better improve the<br />
organisations systems <strong>and</strong> processes<br />
where applicable.<br />
Applies relevant safety<br />
procedures/guidelines <strong>and</strong> equal<br />
opportunity principles <strong>to</strong> performance of<br />
work.<br />
Applies the guidelines <strong>and</strong> principles of the<br />
<strong>Wheatbelt</strong> <strong>NRM</strong> Code of Ethics <strong>and</strong> Code of<br />
Conduct.<br />
Shares <strong>knowledge</strong> <strong>and</strong> experience with<br />
other <strong>Wheatbelt</strong> <strong>NRM</strong> staff <strong>and</strong> others less<br />
experienced through coaching <strong>and</strong><br />
development.<br />
Performs other duties as required.<br />
Demonstrates <strong>and</strong> manages a high level of<br />
ethical behaviour as appropriate <strong>to</strong><br />
financial matters.
