RESULT ACHIEVED<br />

Various data entry including accounts<br />

payable, credit cards <strong>and</strong> petty cash<br />

entered in the finance <strong>and</strong> other systems in<br />

a timely <strong>and</strong> accurate manner.<br />

Supportive role <strong>to</strong> <strong>Wheatbelt</strong> <strong>NRM</strong> staff in<br />

completion of credit card reconciliations<br />

<strong>and</strong> other finance items.<br />

Management of Data will be maintained at<br />

a high level.<br />

Expense codes accurately moni<strong>to</strong>red prior<br />

<strong>to</strong> entry <strong>to</strong> ensure compliance with<br />

organisational <strong>and</strong> program finance plans<br />

<strong>and</strong> errors limited.<br />

<strong>Finance</strong> information provided <strong>to</strong> <strong>Wheatbelt</strong><br />

<strong>NRM</strong> staff as requested.<br />

The vehicle fleet managed including<br />

monthly KM recording, servicing <strong>and</strong><br />

maintenance as required by the vehicle<br />

manual. These items will be recorded in the<br />

vehicle register <strong>and</strong> any dealings with<br />

leasing company will be managed.<br />

Monthly mobile phone account managed<br />

<strong>and</strong> reconciled <strong>to</strong> staff in a timely <strong>and</strong><br />

accurate manner.<br />

Monthly journal preparation as directed<br />

completed in a timely <strong>and</strong> accurate<br />

manner.<br />

Payroll processed on a fortnightly basis with<br />

diligence <strong>to</strong> accuracy <strong>and</strong> confidentiality,<br />

<strong>and</strong> all leave applications processed in a<br />

timely manner.<br />

Adheres <strong>to</strong> the organisations policies <strong>and</strong><br />

procedures when completing all tasks.<br />

Management of data at a high level<br />

allowing ease of access when data retrieval<br />

is required.<br />

<strong>Applying</strong> <strong>knowledge</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>skills</strong> <strong>to</strong> better<br />

improve the organisations systems <strong>and</strong><br />

processes where applicable.<br />

Support provided in preparing financial<br />

reports as required by <strong>Wheatbelt</strong> <strong>NRM</strong>. This<br />

will entail access <strong>to</strong> data <strong>and</strong> detailed<br />

information as <strong>to</strong> the origin of data.<br />

Formatting of reports <strong>to</strong> a specified<br />

template in a timely <strong>and</strong> accurate manner.<br />

On occasion enquiries will be made by<br />

buyers, suppliers, service providers <strong>and</strong><br />

grant recipients regarding finance<br />

matters. Clear <strong>and</strong> timely<br />

communication with these partners <strong>and</strong><br />

any problem solving <strong>to</strong> be initiated.<br />

Sharing of <strong>knowledge</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>skills</strong> within<br />

the team <strong>to</strong> better improve the<br />

organisations systems <strong>and</strong> processes<br />

where applicable.<br />
