Vestas hydromann has<br />
developed these machine<br />
types over the<br />
past 20 years, in close<br />
collaboration with our<br />
customers and partners.<br />
These snow <strong>blower</strong>s<br />
are specially designed<br />
for heavy-duty work<br />
and are manufactured<br />
from 6mm sheet plate<br />
with extra reinforcements.<br />
They feature robust<br />
gearboxes, large<br />
screw conveyors with<br />
four blades, larger impellers<br />
and a broader<br />
nozzle which can shift<br />
large amounts of snow<br />
- even during blizzard<br />
conditions. The machines<br />
are driven from<br />
a PTO source and the<br />
S2500 has a gearbox<br />
with a connection for both 540<br />
and 1000 rpm, which can be both<br />
front- and rear-mounted.<br />
