3 Looper. He won that case. Byron Looper was convicted.<br />

5 I believe your question dealt with what he wrote<br />

6 about Byron Looper and about the prosecution. And<br />

7 certainly he's written these questions that are now being<br />

8 characterized as statements and recharacterized without<br />

9 us having knowledge of what's in the article.<br />

10 And so again, if that's the case, I would move that<br />

11 all of his testimony be stricken.<br />

15 you had an opportunity to read the two page excerpt from<br />

16 the <strong>Putnam</strong> <strong>Pit</strong> relating to your office as the prosecution<br />

17 of Mr. Looper?<br />

18 A. I have.<br />

19 Q. Based on your having been deeply<br />

20 involved in the prosecution of the case, are you able to<br />

21 tell the jury your side, your side or explanation for the<br />

22 innuendos made by Mr. Davidian or whoever the author is<br />

23 in the <strong>Putnam</strong> <strong>Pit</strong> in those articles?<br />

25 question as awfully vague. What innuendo in particular<br />
