6 about Byron Looper and about the prosecution. And<br />
7 certainly he's written these questions that are now being<br />
8 characterized as statements and recharacterized without<br />
9 us having knowledge of what's in the article.<br />
10 And so again, if that's the case, I would move that<br />
11 all of his testimony be stricken.<br />

20 involved in the prosecution of the case, are you able to<br />
21 tell the jury your side, your side or explanation for the<br />
22 innuendos made by Mr. Davidian or whoever the author is<br />
23 in the <strong>Putnam</strong> <strong>Pit</strong> in those articles?<br />
