8 sure, except it may refer to a gentleman named John Wayne<br />
9 Dedmon, who said that he had conspired with Looper to set<br />
10 me up.<br />

13 strike that as hearsay as to what John Wayne Dedmon said.<br />

24 speculation as to his testimony as to what... how Bill<br />
