7 was to testify about setting up Byron Looper." I'm not<br />

8 sure, except it may refer to a gentleman named John Wayne<br />

9 Dedmon, who said that he had conspired with Looper to set<br />

10 me up.<br />

11 "How we would feel if we had been fed lies?"<br />

12 MR. HARRIS: I'm going to object and move to<br />

13 strike that as hearsay as to what John Wayne Dedmon said.<br />

14 That statement should be stricken.<br />

15 WITNESS: John Wayne Deadmon said it in...<br />

17 for the truth.<br />

18 WITNESS: "How we would feel about<br />

19 corruption, conniving and justice disregarded. How we<br />

20 would feel about political use of the criminal justice<br />

21 system." Some theory that the Looper prosecution for the<br />

22 murder of Senator Burks was political.<br />

23 MR. HARRIS: And I'm going to object to this<br />

24 speculation as to his testimony as to what... how Bill<br />

25 Gibson interprets this.<br />
