We’ve developed the most comfortable seat in the industry. We also offer one-on-one personal service and are dedicated to<br />
100% customer satisfaction.<br />
Designed to fit you and your aircraft, the VK SmartCushion System for certified fixed wing aircraft and helicopters<br />
combines state-of-the-art engineering and superb technical craftsmanship.<br />
You can have peace of mind knowing your VK SmartCushion System meets all applicable FAA regulations.<br />
We provide appropriate documentation for return-to-service. All materials meet FAA burn requirements.<br />
Here’s what you can expect:<br />
1. Call <strong>Oregon</strong> <strong>Aero</strong>’s Seat Department to schedule an appointment to send<br />
or bring your seat to <strong>Oregon</strong> <strong>Aero</strong>. 800-888-6910.<br />
2. We strip the seat to its frame (photo #1).<br />
3. We inspect the frame for damage and arrange for necessary repairs. We<br />
clean the frame and if necessary or requested, we paint the frame. If<br />
required, a new webbing system is installed (photo #2).<br />
4. We create a composite design seat, layer by layer. The design uses several<br />
materials, including visco-elastic foam, and as many as 20 individually<br />
shaped pieces (photo #3).<br />
5. When completed, we’ll ship the seat to you or you can pick it up<br />
(photo #4).<br />
