As new attitudes and objectives in <strong>health</strong> care redefine<br />
today’s nursing pr<strong>of</strong>essional this is an exciting time to<br />
embark on a nursing career.<br />
Our four-year Bachelor <strong>of</strong> Science in Nursing (BScN)<br />
program, <strong>of</strong>fered collaboratively with Durham College, will<br />
immerse you in the practice <strong>of</strong> evidence-based, theoryguided<br />
nursing to care for individuals, families, groups and<br />
communities. You will also acquire a thirst for excellence in<br />
clinical practice, lifelong learning, research, teamwork and<br />
leadership skills that are essential for a successful nursing<br />
career. This program will prepare you to pursue graduate<br />
studies in Nursing or Health Science.<br />
Graduates <strong>of</strong> the BScN program are eligible to write the<br />
Canadian Registered Nurse Examination.<br />
