The Management System Model<br />
The required HS&E performance is achieved through the Company’s<br />
<strong>Health</strong>, <strong>Safety</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Environment</strong>al Management System (HS&E-MS)<br />
<strong>and</strong> related International St<strong>and</strong>ards <strong>and</strong> Guidelines.The HS&E-MS<br />
brings together the elements of the international environmental<br />
<strong>management</strong> systems st<strong>and</strong>ard, ISO 14001, <strong>and</strong> the Occupational<br />
<strong>Health</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Safety</strong> Management Systems, OHSAS 18001. It is<br />
Company <strong>policy</strong> that all businesses gain independent (third party)<br />
certification to ISO 14001 <strong>and</strong> OHSAS 18001.<br />
The Company HS&E Management System allows a common<br />
approach to be adopted across all businesses. The key elements are<br />
outlined below <strong>and</strong> are supported by the fundamental requirement<br />
