Alizonne Rapid Weight Loss
Treatment Information

About Alizonne
Being over-weight can often be a lifelong battle for some. As well as being a serious hit to
your self esteem, problems with weight and body shape often result in poor health, including
high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol which can lead to more serious illnesses
such as heart disease and strokes.
What makes Alizonne different?
Conventional diets often leave you hungry
and miserable and ultimately do not work
as the weight tends to eventually find its
way back.
Alizonne rapid weight loss is a unique
medically designed approach to weight
loss that treats each person as an
individual. The programme involves
combining specially formulated high
protein meal replacements; with
treatments that contour and shape
your body whilst you lose weight.
Unlike many other diets you will
not feel hungry due to the way that
the program is devised. It provides
astonishing, predictable weight loss
results of 6-12kg per month and, if
followed correctly, will completely
transform your body shape and size
for life.
TREATMENT
OVERVIEW

Eight Phases
PHASE 1
At the start of the diet you will have five meals a day including a permitted vegetable allowance. For lunch you
should eat a large salad containing more than a lot of lettuce and some tomatoes or cucumber. You should also
drink two or three litres of water every day. For supper you can stir-fry all kinds of vegetables or prepare an over dish
containing vegetables. During this phase you will be required to attend clinic each week for treatment (75 minutes).
PHASE 2
At the start of phase you will have now achieved 70%, of your target weight loss. During this phase you can
introduce an evening meal of meat chicken fish or dairy with additional vegetables.
PHASE 3
You have almost reached your target weight and you are allowed some carbohydrates, for example bread or muesli
and some dairy for breakfast.
PHASE 4
Fruit is introduced during this phase, you can also choose from an even wider range of vegetables. At this point
you would have achieved your total weight loss and you now begin the stabilisation stage of the programme. Your
visits to the clinic start to reduce.
DIET
PHASES

PHASE 5
Now we reduce the number of sachets even further down to just a bar and ask that you have a rich salad with
some low fat dairy foods introduced.
PHASE 6
All fruit, meat and fish is now back on the menu.
PHASE 7
We will retest your blood and re-do your medgem to determine the minimum amount of fuel your body needs.
Based on the outcome the doctor determines what your personal nutritional need is. Of course, total amount
of food intake is important, but as to maintaining weight and remaining in good health eating proteins, sugars,
carbohydrates and fats in the right proportion is more important.
PHASE 8
For a period of at least a year we encourage monthly check-ups to help support you, maintain your weight loss
and new body shape.
DIET
PHASES

Questions & Answers
How much will the diet cost?
The overall cost of the programme would depend on how much weight you have
to lose. If you take someone with 3 stone, to lose for instance, it would take
approximately 10 weeks, for you to reach your goal weight.
You will be on phase 1, for half of the total time the doctor says it will take you to lose
weight, so for example a patent with about 3 stone, to loose would be on phase 1, for
5 weeks. We then start to integrate you back on to normal food. Phase 1, is the most
expensive at £210 per week for all your food and both treatments. When you get to
phase 3, it is £100 a week cheaper and subsequently becomes cheaper each week
thereafter. You continue to pay for the diet and treatment on a weekly basis during the
programme.*
TIP
The diet won’t stop you
having a social life! If eating
out call the restaurant in
advance to explain that you
are on a very strict diet so
they can plan ahead to cater
to your needs.
What will I be eating?
It is not a bars and shakes diet; there is and extensive range of flavours such as
smoked bacon omelettes, chicken nuggets, pizza, pasta, soups and many dessert
dishes. We do require you to eat some vegetables and salads and we provide you
with a list of these permitted vegetables to assist you.
*Weight loss is individual to each patient.
QUESTIONS
& ANSWERS

What treatments will I have during the diet?
You are required to attend our clinic for one hour each week to undergo 2
separate, treatments that we carry out which work in conjunction with the
food to help break down the fat in your body.
The first is an ultrasound treatment; if you think about ultrasound where
it shatters kidney stones, ours targets the fat under the skin and which
you will flush this out through the kidneys. This is then followed by a skin
tightening treatment so that at the end of all this, you are not left with
baggy saggy skin or the need for surgery.
Keeping the weight off.
To help you keep the weight off, we do a test called a Medgem test where
you breathe into a machine for 8 minutes; the idea of this is to measure
your exact metabolic rate.
We do this test at the beginning of the programme, but more importantly
we also do it at the end when you have reached your target weight. It is
from this reading that we can tell you how many calories per day you are
able to eat to maintain your new shape. So we are basically able to give
you your calorie budget. With a Medgem reading of 1,410, a person can
consume 1,410 calories per day and will stay the same size. If the patient
did not know this and continued to eat 1,600 calories per day in time that
weight would creep back on.
Patient Testimonial
‘‘
‘I lost 6st 7lbs, in 28 weeks!’
The difference is astounding, and if you think I look different,
imagine how different I feel.
Altogether, I’ve lost 6 1/2 stone, with Alizone and 3 stone, before
that so 9 1/2 stone, all together. It seems for years I’ve been
carrying round an extra person with me. My poor heart, joints
and muscles – now enjoying a well earned rest!
My friends have christened me “Disappearing Dawn”, as I’m
getting smaller each month. I’ve had lots of support, done lots of
things, and relied on a lot of people to get me this far
