Subordinated debentures sold to local specific investors
On 15 August 2001, the Bank offered 2 million units of subordinated debenture at Baht 1,000 per unit, totaling
Baht 2,000 million through private placement. The debenture has a 7-year term, carries a floating interest
rate calculated based on the average of the deposit rate for one year of four major commercial banks and the Bank
plus 2.50 percent per annum with a minimum guaranteed rate of 6.50 percent per annum and is due for redemption
on 15 August 2008.
