WELCOME TO STUTTGART — Stephen Bell of the Stuttgart Chamber of Commerce
welcomes new resident Allisa Caruthers to Stuttgart, along with Cheryl Shook of Thompson-Trice
Realty. The Stuttgart Chamber of Commerce provides welcome baskets to new
residents that includes information about the community, along with items donated by local
companies.
QUEEN VISIT — Queen Mallard Leah Conrad was at the
annual Fun N' Fishin' at the Riceland pond and visited with
the children who were at the free fishing derby.
FISHIN' CREW — Among those at Fun N' Fishin' were children Elijah Johnson, Jeremiah
Johnson, Payton Johnson and Jayden Johnson and adults Jason Johnson, David Raab
and Josh Johnson.

616 Cafe Opens
NEW RESTAURANT — The Stuttgart Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting
at the 616 Cafe, a new restaurant in Stuttgart owned by Leotis Harris. The 616 Cafe is
located at 616 N. Main St. The phone number is 672-7072.
CHECKING THE SIZE — Heath Mitchell of Mitchell's Bait & Tackle checks the weight
of a catfish during Fun N' Fishin' at the Riceland Foods pond. Prizes were given for the
largest fish and smallest fish caught during the free fishing derby for children.

CATCH OF THE DAY — Not all the fish caught at the Fun
N' Fishin' were record breakers, but everyone had fun. The
Arkansas Game & Fish Commission stocked the Riceland
pond with 700 pounds of catfish for the free event.

BUSINESS SHINE AWARD — Wilkerson Jewelers received the Business Shine Award
sponsored by the City of Stuttgart. The award is selected by the Beautification Committee
of the Stuttgart Chamber of Commerce. Wilkerson recently added a large clock in front of
the store as well as two large vases.
TOURNAMENT SUPPORT — Volunteering and working at the Mallard Classic Golf

Chamber hosts Mallard Classic Golf Tournament
� The Stuttgart Chamber
of Commerce hosted the 3rd
annual Mallard Classic Golf
Tournament in June.
The event is held to allow
local business owners and
executives a chance to
network in a fun setting,
while also raising money for
the local Chamber of
Commerce.
Lunch was provided
compliments of Delta
Plastics of the South.
"We had a great turnout
and a lot of players," said
Bethany Hodges, director of
programs for the Stuttgart
Chamber of Commerce.

we were able to raise money

RICELAND TEAM — The Riceland Foods team was among the winning teams at the
Mallard Classic Golf Tournament sponsored by the Stuttgart Chamber of Commerce.
Enjoying the day were Carl Brothers of Riceland, Charlie Holt of Farmers of Merchants
Bank, Jim Smith of Riceland and Mike Dondanville of Riceland.
