Initial and recurrent safety training is a critical<br />
component in achieving fewer incidents,<br />
accidents and attaining higher levels of safety.<br />
These safety awareness courses are a must for<br />
all personnel that work on the airside and highly<br />
recommended for all airport workers!<br />
Human Factors Awareness Training<br />
(English and French)<br />
This course provides participants with an<br />
introduction to the fundamental concepts of<br />
human factors and will assist them to recognize,<br />
understand and deal with human performance<br />
issues at an airport.<br />

Safety Management Systems Awareness<br />
Training<br />
This course introduces participants to the key<br />
principles and concepts of Safety Management<br />
Systems (SMS). Most Civil Aviation Authorities<br />
around the world now require all personnel<br />
working at an airport to undertake initial and<br />
recurrent SMS Awareness Training.<br />

Disability Awareness & Sensitivity Training<br />
This course will provide participants with an<br />
understanding of how to respond appropriately<br />
to customers with disabilities within an airport<br />
environment.<br />

Certificate in Airside Operations<br />
This new Certificate programme will provide a<br />
comprehensive overview of airside operations<br />
including Airside Familiarisation, Safety, Security,<br />
Emergency Preparedness, Inspections Audits and<br />
Investigations and Environmental Management.<br />
