Alternative Education
Mrs. Mari Price, Director
Thornapple Kellogg Alternative Education
provides students with an optional
setting to learn outside of the traditional
high school classroom. The alternative
education staff provides students with
skills to become successful members of
the community after graduation. Small
class sizes offer more individualized
attention for those who do not do well
in the traditional setting. Students often
return to the high school to complete their
education.
Twenty-seven students, grades 9 – 12,
were enrolled during the course of the
2007 – 2008 school year. Four students
graduated in the spring.
