SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT<br />
1. Contractor(s) has (have) to cover all of his/her (their) workers who have been engaged<br />
by him/her (them) for a pe<strong>ri</strong>od of 30 (thirty) days or more, under Coal Mines Provident<br />
Fund (CMPF) / Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Scheme positively, - by taking<br />
initiative from his/her (their) end.<br />
Such CMPF / EPF accounts shall be regularly maintained according to engagement of<br />
worker(s) concerned.<br />
2. Contractor(s) has (have) to pay wages to his/her (their) worker(s) st<strong>ri</strong>ctly through Bank<br />
