machined from premium 6061-T6 alloy,<br />
sealed with a chromate conversion<br />
process and protected by a powder coat<br />
finish.<br />
Shield/Lens Assembly: Shield/<br />
Lens assembly is available in eight<br />
combinations to maximize de<strong>sign</strong><br />
flexibility. Shield is machined from<br />
premium alloys to match housing. Lens<br />
is tempered glass. Select R - Recessed<br />
flat lens or F - Flush machined lens (for<br />
improved drainage).<br />

Posi-Seal: Lenses are mechanically<br />
retained in the shield by an innovative<br />
system that provides a compressive<br />
force and a positive seal. This feature,<br />
known as Posi-Seal, provides reliable<br />
protection against water and dirt<br />
intrusion. Posi-Seal eliminates the<br />
need for silicone adhesive, which is a<br />
source of problems in some competitive<br />
fixtures. O-rings used to seal the lens<br />
and housing are high temperature<br />
silicone or Viton ® fluoroelastomer<br />
material.<br />
Finish: Standard finish on aluminum<br />
luminaires is BRS – Bronze Smooth<br />
polyester powder coat. WHS – White,<br />
and BKS – Black smooth finishes are<br />
available. SVG – Satin Verde Green, and<br />
MSV – Metallic Silver textured finishes<br />
are available.<br />
Lampholder: High-temperature ceramic<br />
bi-pin GX5.3 lampholder is standard.<br />
Lampholder is attached with stainless<br />
screws, al<strong>low</strong>ing easy replacement.<br />
Mounting: RM – Rear Mount arms have<br />
a ½” NPSM threaded stainless steel<br />
connector for attachment to mounting<br />
devices.<br />
Optics/Aiming: Lamp type and wattage<br />
determines optic performance. ALV<br />
Accent Lights are easy to adjust, aim,<br />
and lock in place.<br />
Wiring: Pre-wired with 250°C rated, 18<br />
gauge, Teflon ® wire. YM – Yoke Mount<br />
fixtures have a water-tight gland threaded<br />
into the housing and 6’ of 18-2 SPT<br />
cable.<br />
