THE LAW SCHOOL’S TWO LOCATIONS In 2000, the Law School merged with one of the world’s great research universities, Penn State University, in an effort to better position itself for the highly competitive, multidisciplinary academic environment of the 21st century. In 2008, the Law School opened a stunning, technologically sophisticated building on Penn State’s flagship campus in University Park, Pennsylvania. The Law School retains its presence in Carlisle as an integral part of the School’s operation. The Carlisle facilities have been completely rebuilt, with state-of-the-art classrooms, conference rooms, and a library interconnected with the University Park campus via the most advanced highdefinition, digital audiovisual telecommunications system available.
