Note: Registering for the Placement Test, signing up for Shadow Days,<br />

and accessing the Online Application will be available mid-day on<br />

Dates to Remember for 8th Grade Applicants<br />

October 25, 2011 to January 13, 2012<br />

Application Materials - Apply online, mail or bring the application with a $50.00 nonrefundable<br />

fee to the Admissions Office no later than January 13, 2012.<br />

November through January<br />

Shadow Visits to Classrooms – Log into our applicant site to schedule your shadow visit or call<br />

503-291-5423. This feature of our online admissions site will open October 25, 2011.<br />

December 2 or December 3, 2011<br />

Placement Test – All applicants to 9th grade must take the Placement Test. Please register for<br />

the Placement Test and pay the $20.00 exam fee online on or before December 2, 2011.<br />

December/January<br />

Record Release and Teacher Recommendation Forms – Student must deliver these forms to his<br />

or her current counseling office or school office for distribution to teachers. Completed survey<br />

forms and report cards must be returned no later than February 3, 2012. These forms are<br />

available in PDF format to download.<br />

January 13, 2012<br />

Admission Application Deadline and Financial Aid Application Deadline – Convenient tuition<br />

payment plans, loans, and special tuition assistance grants make a <strong>Jesuit</strong> education financially<br />

possible for many families. Applications for tuition assistance are available to download online<br />

at www.jesuitportland.org. Financial Aid is awarded based on financial need.<br />

January 28 or February 4, 2012<br />

Family Interviews – All applicants must attend a Family Interview. Visit our website at www.<br />

jesuitportland.org (click “Admissions” to see a schedule with more details).<br />

March 16, 2012<br />

Notification Letters – All notification letters will be mailed to applicants on March 16,<br />

2012. For students who are accepted into our program, a non-refundable enrollment fee of<br />

$1,000.00 is due by April 5, 2012 and will be credited toward next year’s tuition.<br />

July 13, 2012<br />

Payment in full of tuition is due. For more information about tuition payment options, visit our<br />
