PRACTICE<br />
Steven P. Benenson is a principal of <strong>Porzio</strong>, <strong>Bromberg</strong> & <strong>Newman</strong>. He is<br />
Chair of the firm’s Mass Tort <strong>and</strong> Product Liability Department. He<br />
concentrates his practice in the areas of product <strong>and</strong> pharmaceutical<br />
liability, toxic tort, <strong>and</strong> business <strong>and</strong> commercial litigation in state <strong>and</strong><br />
federal courts. Mr. Benenson has extensive experience in the coordination,<br />
litigation <strong>and</strong> trial (including alternative dispute resolution) of industry-wide<br />
<strong>and</strong> complex matters. He also counsels clients on risk management issues<br />
<strong>and</strong> product safety campaigns.<br />
