Raymond Florax was recently named External Fellow <strong>of</strong> the Mansholt Graduate School at Wageningen<br />

<strong>Agricultural</strong> University, Wageningen, The Netherlands (http://www.sls.wau.nl/mi/mgs/index.htm). Dr. Florax as<br />

also appointed as member <strong>of</strong> the Internal Executive Committee <strong>of</strong> the Center for the Environment at <strong>Purdue</strong><br />
