Manually Operated Cable Tarping System Anti-Pollution This is a chain driven model (electric optional) designed to keep your load from blowing or spilling on the highway. This model comes with either a mesh tarp or vinyl tarp. The tarp will come to the inside edge of the body/trailer. It will not keep any water out, even when using the solid vinyl material. • Mesh - good for dirt, sand, stone, etc. • Vinyl - ideal for super fine or dusty materials or when customer prefers a solid cover or larger selection of colors. Also suitable for asphalt in most states. Semi-Waterproof This is a chain driven model (electric optional) with a vinyl tarp similar to the anti-pollution model. The important difference is the addition of a strip of PVC to the side edges of the tarp to widen it past the inside edge of the box. This special watershed flap causes the water to run off the tarp and keeps the load dry. Mesh Our mesh Bowslider tarps are constructed of 1000 denier PVC coated mesh. All of our bow pockets are double vinyl reinforced and have seat belt webbing reinforcement on all sides. All Bowslider tarps feature double lock-stitch construction.
