outboard sport yacht
One of a kind. One at a time.

430 Outboard Sport Yacht The evolution continues. Intrepid has revolutionized sport yachting by combining the unmatched performance, fuel efficiency and convenience of outboards with luxurious accommodations. Quiet power, nimble handling
and yacht-class comfort make these versatile vessels the new choice of discriminating boaters the world over. The all new 430 Sport Yacht blends the 475 Sport Yacht, Boating Magazine’s “Boat
of the Year,” and the sleekly designed 390 Sport Yacht to create one of the most powerful and luxurious boats on the water today.

Pure pleasure. Pure Intrepid.
At Intrepid, cutting-edge boat building technology is focused on delivering the most rewarding and carefree boating experience imaginable. On the 430, this approach
reveals itself in the innovations of outboard power and a tumblehome hull design that makes room for a cabin twice as large as one found aboard an inboard craft of
similar size. All the comforts of home are presented in a refreshingly clean and refined style ensuring optimal comfort and convenience. Precisely customized to your liking,
whether cruising, fishing or diving, the 430 Sport Yacht sets the stage for endless days of pure boating pleasure.
Choose your own
details like strategically
windows that illuminate
the galley, stateroom
and head.

From helm to hull thoughtful amenities and an innate sea-worthiness.
A curvaceous beauty, this all new 43' x 12'8" sport yacht’s classic tumblehome hull design provides more useable space while creating a fluid, low-slung look that is
unmistakably Intrepid. The helm boasts commanding views and a pop-up console with the latest flat-screen electronics. An optional power sunroof overlooks wraparound
club-style seating that facilitates interaction between skipper and crew. Additional “captain’s call” amenities include custom hull color, underwater lighting, icemaker,
audio-video systems, air-conditioning, power helm seating, optional sun lounge, and anchor windlass with washdown spigot.
The advanced design and technology of another perfect day on the water.
Like every Intrepid, the 430 travels on our signature transverse stepped hull. Designed to maximize fuel efficiency and stability, the hull form builds the trim in
automatically. Effectively creating two separate hulls, the boat is supported on plane at twice as many points as conventional hulls providing Intrepid’s incomparable
dynamic stability. Bow rise is minimized, pitching and heeling are reduced, and range is significantly increased. The ride is so surefooted and smooth that you’ll find
yourself maintaining speed and comfort when other boats are throttling back.
An array of standard features and custom options. Designed and personalized for the whole crew.
1. Convenient service platform in front of engines makes
maintenance quick and simple; custom engine flushing
system.
2. Standard dual dive platforms and boarding ladder fulfill
the ‘means of solo re-boarding’ recommendation of the
American Boat and Yacht Council, a safety
essential other builders forego.
2
3. Standard transom door and gate lets swimmers out and
your big catch in. This is modeled to look like part of
the boat, rather than an afterthought.
7
4. Generous cockpit “toe-kick” for safety and comfort—
even across the transom where other builders fail to
provide.
11. Air-induction vents built into the base of the
windshield provide a blast of fresh air, but are baffled
so water stays out.
12
12. Broad, flat-surfaced foredeck is safe to walk on,
incorporates flush fit deadlights (fixed skylights).
Forward deck cushions optional.
13. Anchor chute and windlass with footswitches under
hatch.
14. Head with separate shower includes teak grating, a
built in seat, and natural light and ventilation. Plenty
of stowage for towels and toiletries.
15. Owner’s stateroom with hanging locker, deck hatch
above, and hullside portlights (hull windows).
16. A pair of skylights, a deck hatch, and four hullside
portlights combine with a fiberglass headliner and
cabin bulkhead to give this boat the brightest, airiest
cabin of its type.
6. Trademark hullside dive door (optional).
7. Cockpit drainage system incorporates hatch gutters,
plumbs all water directly overboard at a high rate,
ensuring dry gear and an easy job of rinsing off at
day’s end.
8. Trademark wraparound lounge seating.
9. Helm with protected breaker panel, pop-up electronics
pod and electrically-adjustable dual pedestal bolster
bench.
10. Innovative design allows lounge seating to convert to
luxurious sun lounge.
17. Galley counter is wide and long, with sink under a
sliding lid – available in your choice of natural or faux
stone patterns; refrigerator and self-closing Blum®
drawers, all stainless steel, are below. A warren of
cabinets stows all the necessities.
18. Wide, deep, “captain’s chair” is a great spot from
which to relax and enjoy the salon’s entertainment
system, whether alone or with guests.
19. Queen-sized forward berth not only provides
luxurious sleeping quarters, but also a close-to-thewater
view through the portlights that is absolutely
mesmerizing.
20. Salon sofa provides comfortable seating and
converts to guest berth.

High style on the high seas. State-of-the-art accommodations.
A seagoing luxury suite that sleeps five adults, this exceptionally spacious and sunny cabin is big, and because of all the light streaming through hull windows and skylights,
it feels big too. The use of a glossy fiberglass cabin headliner and bulkheads amplifies the flood of light, delivering an expansive sense of openness. The amenities are
endless – queen berth forward, private owner’s stateroom aft, large settee and separate “captain’s chair,” walk-in head with vanity, sink, separate shower stall and seat,
6' 4" of headroom, ample storage and the latest audio/visual equipment available throughout. From there, our design team is eager to include whatever other fixtures,
features and finishes you desire.
(Left) The roomy head
Finishes include Corian ®
countertops, and
custom cabinetry in rich
wood finishes.

The advantages of an outboard. More spacious, more efficient, more peace of mind.
Outboard engines provide low-cost reliability, unmatched convenience and substantially more space for recreation and stowage. The smoke and odor of inboards is
eliminated. Engine noise and vibration are dramatically reduced. Step below and the surprisingly spacious cabin reveals an aft master stateroom and walk-in head
with shower, both in a size and location not possible in an inboard. The sure handling and precise response inspire total confidence. The hushed chorus of multiple
outboards combines with aerodynamically neutral topside surfaces to reduce noise to “conversation level” even at speeds up to 55 mph. The shallow draft allows for new
exploration into coves and permits beach landings, denied to deeper draft vessels.
Intrepid. The logical conclusion to an emotional decision.
acknowledged industry innovator in design, performance and safety standards, Intrepid has pioneered next-generation engineering and fabrication techniques such as
wood-free, vacuum-bagged construction, revolutionary transverse stepped hulls and yacht-class comforts that deliver an incomparably smooth ride and unparalleled
