LVEF% Left ventricular ejection fraction. If a number or range is available,<br />

check the number range that best applies. E.g. 30-35 would be entered as 30-<br />

40. Occasionally the LVEF may be described only as “left ventricular function” or<br />

“systolic function” in words. “Mild impairment, mildly reduced, or mild decrease”<br />

would all be characterized as “mild”.<br />
