A schirpMAG ® 55 can filter-out and extract metal particles practically 100% out of bulk goods. The System has a long service life, and is easy to cleanse. Steigern Sie Ihre Wirtschaftlichkeit Example – illustration below – a combination of an all-metal separator (blue) with the schirpMAG ® 55 System (left). The loss of goods from metal contamination is practically reduced to zero. The depreciation of the equipment is thus guaranteed within the shortest possible time. When sufficient detection capacity in the all-metal separator is present, the cleansing of the schirpMAG ® System can be effected via the separator during operations. Alternatively, manual removal of residue is possible via the quick-grip facilities of the schirpMAG ® Systems, during short pauses between conveyance routines. The magnet is briefly opened and the all-metal separator ejects the collected metal residue in a single separating routine.
